Several dates — Teatro Cervantes, Málaga
La traviata, by Giuseppe Verdi, is performed at Teatro Cervantes in Málaga as part of the XXXVIII Lyric Season, on 19 February 2027 at 7.30pm and 21 February at 6pm.
First staged in Venice in 1853 and based on La dame aux camélias by Alexandre Dumas fils, it's one of the most performed operas in the world. It tells of the love between Violetta Valéry, a courtesan of Parisian high society, and the young Alfredo Germont, a love his family won't accept and that collides with her illness. Toasts, arias and unforgettable duets, including the famous “Libiamo” from the first act.
An unmissable date for opera lovers. Tickets from €28.67 (up to €196.61).
